Guests are required to present a photo ID and a credit card upon check-in. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please inform Holiday House Rafo in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property directly using the contact details provided in your booking confirmation.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. After booking, the property will contact you with instructions.
Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00.
Guests under the age of 18 can only stay if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
The lessor is entitled to enter the rented apartment even during the absence of the accommodated guests, if necessary to protect property, perform urgent maintenance, eliminate a defect, or for other serious operational reasons. The lessor is obliged to inform the guests of such entry without undue delay.
Extra services
During your stay, you can also choose from our additional services to make your stay more enjoyable. All services are subject to availability and prior arrangement with the host.

A) Half-day accommodation
If you wish to extend your stay, you can purchase a so-called half-day accommodation, which allows you to leave the apartment no later than 20:00
(instead of the standard check-out time of 10:00).
Price list:
- For a stay of 1 night: €70
- For a stay of 2 or more nights: €50

B) Electric bicycle
Explore the surroundings comfortably on our electric bikes.
Price list:
- For a one-day stay: €30 / day
- For a stay of 3 or more days: €10 / day
Note: A refundable deposit of €200
is required, which will be fully refunded when the undamaged bike is returned. In case of damage, the deposit may be used to cover repair costs.

C) Grill
For guests who want to enjoy grilling, we offer the possibility to rent a grill.
Price list:
- For a one-day stay: €30
- For a stay of 3 or more days: €10 / day
Note: A refundable deposit of €50 is required, which will be refunded after returning the clean and undamaged grill.

D) Swimming pool
Guests staying at least 3 nights can enjoy private access to the pool.
